She has over 20 years’ experience providing recruitment services in New Zealand and in the UK.
Her career started in London working in external recruitment. When she returned home to New Zealand she accepted a management role with a global recruitment and HR services provider. In the 8 years Sandy worked with this organisation she managed several specialist divisions.
This included establishing and managing a Sales, Marketing and Communications division. Her time with this business involved being hands on and recruiting for small and large scale projects up to Director level.
Throughout her extensive career Sandy been exposed to the challenges of attracting, engaging and retaining talented people for her own business, in addition to providing recruitment and consultancy support to a wide range of companies across industry sectors.
In 2010, Sandy established Blomfield Recruitment.

Outside of work Sandy’s passion is spending time outdoors, hiking our beautiful country, admiring nature, the wildlife….. and also enjoying a good coffee! Hopefully this website reflects some of that.
